Scotty grew up in the foster care system and joined the Army at 18 to escape poverty and make a difference. After spending 2.5 years in combat zones and traveling extensively to over 30 countries, he experienced first hand the struggles of women born into horrible circumstances with no means of escape. After years of informal helping, he decided to found The Sacred Grove as a way to build a community to provide opportunities for these women to break free from their current circumstances and take control of their lives.
OUR STORY
It all began with a story of struggle and hope. Like many others, we went through moments of deep emotional pain and uncertainty. There were days when the weight of fear and loneliness felt unbearable - until compassion reached out a hand.
Through support, understanding, and a simple act of kindness, we found the strength to rebuild ourselves. That gesture of help became the seed of The Sacred Grove - a project born from empathy and the conviction that no one should face pain alone. Today, what began as an act of generosity has grown into a vision: to build a network of hearts united by one purpose - to help others rediscover their light, reclaim their voice, and create a new path filled with dignity, freedom, and purpose.
